What licenses do you need to perform Property Preservation services to the banks?

You will need a business license and general liability insurance to get you started.  Check with your local states rules to see if a contractor’s license is necessary.  For performing foreclosure cleanouts (trash outs), board ups, and lawn maintance services-generally, you do not need any contractor’s license to offer these services.
